Hertz Audio's SPL Show Series SP 4.900 amplifier will blow you away with the powerful boost it adds to your music. The SP 4.900 uses Hertz' high-efficiency ADC (Advanced D-Class) amp technology to pump out four channels of 160 watts RMS each — driving your high-performance speakers and components to new heights of impact and enjoyment. You can also set up an SP 4.900 to play a stereo front-stage with plenty of volume while powering a subwoofer with up to 500 watts RMS from bridged channels — a great way to power a complete system with just this one amp. A variable bass boost fine-tunes your sub's thump when the amp's set up this way.

Fits in and integrates well

Not only is the amp incredibly small and will fit just about anywhere, it carries an IP55 dust- and water-protection rating, so it'll work well in motorcycle, marine, and powersports applications as well as in a car. The amp's power, input, and output harnesses are sealed and the internal circuits are conformal-coated to ensure safe operation and protection from corrosion. Hertz's Universal Speakers Simulator (USS) technology works with a factory receiver's speaker load detection circuit to prevent shut downs and to let it continue working when the amp uses the radio's speaker output wiring for its inputs.
